The Congress on Numerical Methods in Engineering is held every two years and is jointly organized by the Portuguese Association of Theoretical, Applied and Computational Mechanics (APMTAC) and the Spanish Society of Numerical Methods in Engineering (SEMNI). The 2024 edition was held at the University of Aveiro, Portugal being a meeting point for researchers and technicians from both countries, as well as the Latin American community.

Marcelo Langner and Romeu Vicente from the University of Aveiro were present with the presentation ‘Taking Advantage of Heat Transfer Simulation in the Development of New Construction Solutions’ by the authors Langner M., Figueiredo A., Vicente R., Almeida R., Ferreira V. This action was carried out as part of WP 4 - Proj. #28 ‘Passive House Solutions’.
