Integrated in the na IEEE VR 2025: The 32nd IEEE Conference on Virtual Reality and 3D User Interfaces, the University of Aveiro was responsible for organising the workshop: The 4th International Workshop on eXtended Reality for Industrial and Occupational Supports (XRIOS). This workshop took place in Saint-Malo, France between 8 and 12 March, with the aim of identifying the current state of research in XR and the gaps in the field of human factors and ergonomics, mainly related to industrial and occupational tasks, and discussing potential future research directions. XRIOS will create a community linking XR developers, human factors and ergonomics researchers interested in industrial and professional applications.
This action is part of the work of WP 1 – Proj. #1 “Heat Pumps”.
