The International Conference on Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing (ISM) is an annual open forum that promotes smart culture and explores the transformative impact of the digital technologies that characterise the 4th industrial revolution on all economic sectors. It took place between 20 and 22 November 2024 in Prague, Czechia, where the University of Aveiro presented the ISM_126 paper: "Machine learning-driven fault identification and classification: a two-step approach for industrial applications" with the authors José Cação (TEMA/UA), José Santos (TEMA/UA), Mário Antunes (IT/UA), António Completo (TEMA/UA), and Vasco Viera Costa the presentation ‘A Smart Tool to Unlock Hidden Insights in Industrial Data by Leveraging EDA, LLM, Conformal Prediction, and AutoML’, by the authors Vasco Vieira Costa, Diogo Costa and Eugénio M. Rocha. These presentations were related respectively to the work of WP 2 - Project #12 ‘H2 combustion equipment’ and WP 1 - Project #3 ‘Heat pumps and H2 combustion equipment - Data Analytics’.
